Shipping policy

At Paramerion Kendama (operated by Stramba Lemne SRL), we want you to start spiking and slaying as soon as possible! We currently ship exclusively within Romania.

 

1. Our Carriers

 

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your schedule. You can choose from the following carriers at checkout:

  • Lockers (Self-Pick Up): EasyBox (Sameday) & FanBox (Fan Courier)

  • Home Delivery: Fan Courier, Sameday Courier, & Cargus

 

2. Shipping Times

 

We know you are excited to get your new setup. Here is what to expect:

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, packages typically arrive within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) depending on your location.

    • > Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during Black Friday, holidays, or for remote areas.

 

3. Delivery Options

 

Option A: Lockers (EasyBox / FanBox)

  • Best for: Flexibility. Pick up your Kendama whenever you want, 24/7.

  • How it works: You will receive an SMS/email with a PIN or QR code when the parcel is loaded.

  • Important: Please pick up your package within the locker’s allowed timeframe (usually 36–72 hours) to avoid it being returned to us.

Option B: Home Delivery

  • Best for: Convenience. Delivered directly to your door.

  • How it works: The courier will deliver to the address provided. They will usually contact you via phone prior to delivery.

  • Failed Delivery: If the courier cannot reach you, they may attempt a second delivery or hold the package at their local depot for a short period.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the carrier selected.

 

5. Packaging & Care

 

We understand that for collectors and players, the condition of the Kendama box matters. We pack all orders carefully to ensure your Kendama arrives in perfect condition, ready to play or display.

 

6. Order Tracking

 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the respective carrier's website to check the status of your jams.

 

7. Address & Delivery Issues

 

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your phone number and address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

  • Damaged Goods: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or take photos immediately before opening it. Contact us right away so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
